
The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Press Council (NPC), Dr. Dili Ezughah, represented the Honorable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, at the 2023 Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Human Capital Development of Nigeria (CIHCDN).
